Here's looking at you, baby girl!

Time for a "Proud Aunty" blog post! Those of you who have already popped by Ben's blog today will know that Ben and his lovely wife welcomed their first baby *girl* into the family this morning. Yes, little Emma arrived just after 4am.

Dad and I headed up to Caboolture Hospital late this morning to meet Emma and check on her Mum (who looked so well it was hard to believe she'd given birth earlier today!) and naturally to take some happy snaps of Emma's first day out 'n about in this great wide world. She was a very sleepy little lass, but oh-so-beautiful and contented. And she has gingery coloured hair! Not sure where that comes from.. but it seems to match my current (dyed) hair colour. Ha! As always, click on thumbnails to see full photo. The first two are just of Emma, the third is Emma with delighted Aunty MuzeKez. A niece!! A niece I tells ya! :-)

Welcome to the world, Emma! Congratulations bro, sis-in-law and nephews! What an adorable and most welcome addition to the family. :-)
